Refund and Returns Policy

DELIVERY

Delivery in Ireland via An Post- Standard Post (delivery 5-7 days)

We will dispatch your package at your own risk, but we will take special care to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We ship all orders (placed by 10am) within the same day and orders placed after 10am the following day.

If the order is placed over the weekend or bank holiday it will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Please note that in the high season time (Bank Holiday, Christmas, Black Friday etc.) delivery might take longer. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

If your purchase is not quite what you’re looking for, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Contact us by email at laperfectanailshop@gmail.com quoting your order number, name and address, and the details of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns and exchanges (subject to our discretion) of the following products:

  • manicure and pedicure tools & accessories
  • cosmetics including creams, body lotions, scrubs, oils etc.
  • Perishable goods like bases, tops, gels, gel polishes, nail polishes etc.


To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to be sure that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@laperfectanailzone.com and send your item to:

Terms and Conditions for Courses (Digital & In-Person)

1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of training courses provided by La Perfecta Nail Academy, including live online sessions, recorded videos, digital resources, and in-person practice days. By purchasing our training, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment and Access

  • Full payment for the course must be completed in advance. Students may secure their place by paying the required deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day the training begins.
  • Access to the training materials is non-transferable and provided for personal use only

3. No Refund Policy

As the training materials are partially delivered electronically (digital manuals, videos, and online sessions), no refunds will be provided after purchase.
Please ensure you carefully review the course details before completing your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All training content, including videos, PDFs, and supplemental materials, is the intellectual property of La Perfecta Nail Academy.
  • You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the training content without prior written consent.

5. Restrictions on Use

  • Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or training materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension of access to the materials without a refund.

6. Technical Requirements

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate internet access and compatible devices to participate in the online part of the course.

7. Liability

  • While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  • We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, such as internet outages or platform interruptions.

8. Modifications

La Perfecta Nail Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to purchasers through email or via our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.

10. Course Dates

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the date of the course.
