The La Perfecta Policy

1.NAIL SALON:

 CANCELATIONS:

A 30% of CANCELLATION FEE may be required to secure a place for a nail appointment  during a busy time like Xmas, Easter etc..

48-hour cancellation policy applies to ALL nail appointments booked.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your nail appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.

You will lose your cancellation fee (you paid it), or we will send you SumUp link with a request to pay a late cancellation fee in case of last-minute cancellations (less than 48h)

If you cancel on the day of your appointment, as this eliminates any opportunity to fill the space, the total cost of the appointment will have to be paid before you can re-book.

*PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE OUR PAGE TO CANCEL. This is not continuously manned, and I can’t see the messages straight away.

TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR NAIL APPOINTMENT, PLEASE USE THE E-MAIL YOU RECEIVE AFTER ONLINE BOOKING OR SEND A TEXT MESSAGE TO OUR SALON PHONE 0894645973 !!

When you pay a cancellation fee, you are paying in part for a booked service. Paying a cancellation fee shows that you intend to buy the service, and it means you are entering into a contract with coworkers in La Perfecta.

When you pay a deposit, you agree:

-the exact service that you are book

-the amount of cancellation fee you pay

-the balance has to be paid directly after service or before service is done

-when the service will be provided

 NO SHOWS

Any ‘No Show’ appointments will incur a 100% charge of the treatment price as this eliminates any opportunity to fill the space.

We will send you SumUp link with a request to pay the no-show fee. Payment should be made within 24h.

**We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future appointments at the salon if appointments are continually missed/changed without notice.
